Refund and Cancellation Policy

At **DESOFTSIS LLC**, we want you to be satisfied with our software. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download (Google Play Store), we generally offer a **no-refund policy**.

Digital Products

Since software and in-app subscriptions are intangible goods, they cannot be "returned". Once a digital product has been accessed or a subscription period has started, all sales are final.

Exceptions and Subscriptions

If you have a technical issue with a subscription that prevents you from accessing the service, please contact us at **admin@desoftsis.com** within 48 hours of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or process a refund through the Google Play platform if applicable.

Subscription cancellations are handled directly through the user's Google Play Account settings.
